Must be fantastic having these near your garden. Perfect world would be the wing position of number 1 but the head clearing the wings as in number 2!
They're all a little underexposed, so maybe some positive exposure compensation if you're in a semi-automatic mode, or open up some more if you're in manual. Nothing that can't be improved with 2 curves adjustments in post. If you could crop so the bird wasn't quite so tight in the corner that may help as well.
As mike says above its best to apply positive exposure compensation in camera , but can also be done in post. For me the third shot is best as the others are to far to the right of frame
