Red shank Oyster catcher

A couple from yesterday they don't look too sharp posted but they are ,it was a very quiet day with very little about -just the way it is sometimes .

Particularly like the oyster catcher, they are stunning birds that many of us take for granted. nice one.

Well caught. Sometimes photos just lose their edge re sharpness when posted..others are ok. It's happened to me a few times.
