Red Sparrows in the Far East

In the far east there is a place called Scam - pee - ton. In the wilderness, where a strange language can be heard, these birds can be found flying high in the sky. I was lucky enough to get transport to this far flung paradise & got these rare photo's.

These look like lesser spotted red sparrows. Cousin to the great crested 4 winged sparrow.

Yes lesser spotted sparrows are hard to spot. Only ever saw the great crested 4 winged sparrow a year ago today for the first time.
