Red Squirrel.

lovely shot, nice and sharp and I love the light coming onto it. where was this taken?
 
This was taken at Lossiemouth, up in the North East of Scotland.

It certainly knew I was there, quite relaxed as long as no sudden noise or movement. Up in Lossiemouth there is an old gentleman who goes out every day to feed the birds, the squirrels have learnt it is an easy place to come and plunder all the peanuts.
 
Fell properly in love with Reds after visiting Brownsea Island recently. Both shots are great but I think the first is the best.
 
Gramps it is a fantastic place, I have visited several times this year. As well as Red's, there are Crested Tits which are a stunning little bird. I would reccommend this place to anyone coming up to the North East of Scotland for a visit.
