If you’ll excuse the awful analogy, some photos are like comfort food, they are just nice and you ‘like’ them. These shots are like that, the beauty is in their simplicity, much like comfort food.

Or perhaps I’m saying this because I’m hungry and about to tuck into some food right after this message

Nice and sharp Les and lots of detail,*2 is my favourite, as a personal preference I would like to have seen the top of the reed in the photo possibly improving the composition.
