Yes
My first time visiting this and light was going fast but i managed to get this shot using my D90 and 17-55 f2.8 DX lens on a tripod.

I have limited experience of this type of photography so i welcome C&C.

Few technical things

1. There is quite a lot of chromatic aberation. Look at the red frinding around the arches on the lhs of frame. Most suites let you remove this.
2. Some distoration here, the bridge looks like its falling over backwards. A tip to avoid this is keeping the camera level on both horizontal and vertical planes.
3. Colours - no way was that path so blue. I'd suggest you turn the vibrancy down a little.

i think you may have tilted your lens a bit on the tripod...and is this a part of the original?
essentially you got off to a good start
tripod!!
there is nothing here that cannot be corrected by P(cheating)P
keep it up
cheers
