Rickety

I like the composition, but for me the water is too milky.
If you hadn't have said it was water, it could just as easily have been mist / fog.
This is a case where I think a little water definition should have been retained.
 
I tend to agree with Ruth, but maybe you have other shots at a faster speed where the water is less milky? Might be worth posting for comparison.

I will admit to being stuck in a rut with regards to exposure times and nearly always stick with as long as I can - I should try some variety and look for different effects..

No other shots this time, but one to consider next time..
