Ring flash on bellows anyone?

Does anyone actually use bellows on a reversed lens on a bellows.
Any advice and any results would be appreciated.

Doesn't the bellows go on camera and before the lens if so you just mount ring flash using the lens thread.

Hope that answers your question but if not then I can't help further as I don't own or use bellows.
