Undecided Ruined Castle ID required

Just watching a program called "Secrets of Quantum Physics" on the beeb.
I was curious as to where one of the locations they used was.
Can anyone identify this place?

Funnily enough it’s being featured on the yesterday channel as I type on a program called castles: Britain’s fortified history.

Caerlaverock (Castle of the Lark), near Dumfries. I've been there a few times, and Wiki gives a pretty good history/description. There was an earlier castle a few hundred metres away, which was probably abandoned because of marshy ground, and the foundations are still visible, + the remains of a Roman camp and British Hill fort nearby.
