San Francisco - Alcatraz

With work in LA so tagged on two days in SF - unfortunately it was pretty cloudy most of the time so images a little flat. Amazing to visit Alcatraz, you can really feel the history there and managed to grab a few decent pics.

Is it completely empty or did you bide your time for shots with no people in? It was VERY busy when I went there in November 2017!

Was on the first boat at 845. I then made sure I was first walking up the hill and didn't bother with audio guide. It did get busier but managed to get some luck with no people in the way!
