Thought it might be a timely reminder now nesting season is here

Personally, I think the wording is a load of b******s

That's why game keepers are rarely prosecuted when it comes to the persecution of BOP, its hard to prove.

.....And don't get me started on ringing, if that's not lawful disturbance, what is.

Spending time watching, photographing wildlife is all about common sense, if you haven't got any, then stay at home!

I agree.

In any case, I only photograph birds when the opportunity arises, generally in an urban setting or from a public footpath...
