Scouts Cross Country Bispham

Hi,

After advice received in this thread I hired the 70-200 f/2.8 vrII for the weekend. (if anyone has one there're not using I'd happily keep it exercised for you )

Here are some of the results from the Scouts District Cross Country event at Bispham.

1. And there off, down a hill to start!

3. The little Beavers had fun but the finish line was a steep climb.

4. There was a longer course for the Scouts incorporating the woods.

6. The winner of the 'grudge' match between the leaders, he lost last year in the last few yards.

Some really good photos there, lively colours and perfect focus.
The last one might benefit from a closer crop perhaps.

Thanks Joe, I see what you mean on the last one, after scrolling the page it would benefit from a crop at the bottom. I wanted to keep the other runner in shot as for the scouts in the area it tells a story a little.
