A basic for Landscape id to get the horizons level. These are both out. The first slightly down at the left the second quite badly down at the right.

The first one is quite nice - there's just enough interest in the shot to keep you looking at it and the processing (colours) has added a bit here.

The second one does nothing for me I'm afraid - I see nothing of interest at all but at least the flag is on the 3rd which bodes well for when you find something interesting to shoot.

Like the minimalism... nothing like echoing emptiness to lift the spirit eh.. not too keen on the colourisation of number 1 but that's just subjective.. I like number 2 though.. (reminds me of a Wire cover from way back) the colours work together.. says nothing means nothing so becomes problematic in its neutrality..
