Seasonal Affective Disorder

We inherited a SAD lamp from my mother, which we sometimes use in the winter. It seems to work!

I don't use flash, but like experimenting with different light sources, so I was messing around today with the flowers I bought my wife (or me? ) for Valentine's day and the lamp. background is my laptop screen. Sony A7rii and SEL 90mm f2.8 Macro. Not my normal genre at all, but cheerful entertainment for a winters day!
