I like the symmetry but it just needs a little more, a stronger focal point. If it had been a sunset and an interesting sky I think that would have helped.

I deplore however to too close proximity of the rail and the horizon.

i like it, but i wold like to see a pedestrian walking past, ideally blurred from a longer exposure to give a little more interest

I like it Jake, great processing with lovely tones! I would like to see a variation on the horizon placement though like others have mentioned.
