Aesthetically most pleasing image- good use of wide open lens and a moment in time well snatched- prefer 1st image, as it is adds even more of a hint of intrigue and mystery.

Something a little bit different. I prefer the cropped version as I find the passer by distracting in the first one. I would lighten the subject a tad and darken the background, and maybe desaturate a bit, as all those colours are still a bit distracting for me. Nice moment in time though

Good point about the element of mystery with the man. And yes the color may be too attention getting but to give it up would be painful for me as I revel in my cone cells.
