scene, I am quite distracted by the needed key-
stone and white recovery tweaks and halo.

The steelwork is to bright for me and the grain does not work for me as it is.

Interesting bridge, could be great at sunrise, sunset with the right sky. I like the diagonal shadows adding to the structural features.
Don't mind the processing but it feels it's slanted slightly right.
