Sickening act

Well, as we have a general election coming up, I suggest there might be no better time for you (and any like-minded friends) to contact your local (Scottish) MP and express your feelings about this case to them. I think it's time politicians (and the governments they form) began to realise how much the British people care about our wildlife and the countryside. It's not about being a tree hugger or bunny cuddler, it's about wanting to live in an environment that's still reasonably green and pleasant.

Added to that look at how much money has been spent getting it to the stage it went to. The video makes it look very evident that this person has commited a criminal act. What do we need to do- do we get a judge and jury out on the moors and watch it happen themselves before anything gets done.

We go on about the persecution of elephants, tigers etc etc in foreign countries and we all acts like this in our own country and do nothing about it, how do we expect to educate other countries when we cant do so within our own.

Just the sort of point you should make to your MP, best of luck if you decide to contact them about this. (y)
