Flash in one hand camera in the other isn't really viable, presume there are pre-made frames for OCF?

Nice to see a slug for a change. I quite like photographing them (although not as much as snails) but they don't seem to be very popular subjects for some reason.

Yes indeed. For example, these. I think some people who use these use mini ball heads to hold the flash to give some added flexibility, although when I tried a mini ball head I had trouble tightening it firmly enough to avoid slippage at some angles. My flash is a bit heavy though, so perhaps that was the problem.
