Small bee

Found this really tiny bee last weekend - anyone have any idea on what it is ?

For scale on bramble leaf

And the closest I got.

Lovely stuff. I actually prefer No 3 which is the least close up of the lot but there is something very pleasing about it, almost menacing.

I like 4/3 in that order I think that a square crop would rather suit #3 though. But your framing works for the intention of scale.

Really nice set Chris, I'm going for No4 as its a close up and for me shows the eyes and body hairs really well.

Thanks all for the comments - yes I like the small scale shot a lot too - think it looks a bit alien. I can see it would work as square too.
