Smoke Dance

Like the diagonal, use of the frame, extra space and lovely colour against the dense background.
Interesting shapes too.
 
Looks like you have got the hang of photographing the smoke, but I think it needs a more interesting background than plain black or the curls of smoke need to fill more of the frame. As it is, the black is a bit too dominant
 
I like it a lot, although I do agree with ianmarsh to a point. Filling more of the frame would help. But I do like the black background, you dont want to distract from the smoke. i will have to try this myself. How did you light it? Any tips for the first timer?
