Nice effect with the streaky raindrops, always a feature I like. Your OP is definitely underexposed, Rogers RP is a lot closer to what I would expect to see normally, although given the rain yours might be realistic to the time the shot was taken.

I love getting rain shots decent pose for a snipe as i always get them hunched up ,got to say its a about1/2 stop under exposed possibly more ...

Just some info, shot was about 9pm in the evening, black skies and rain, iso was about 1000 if I remember and it was not bright sunshine, personally I like the darkness of the shot and it is exposed as I wanted it
