I love the low shooting angle and the framing with the grasses. I know you're not a big fan of PP but if you were inclined then this shot could really pop with a little TLC

Cheers Steve, it doesn't need a lot, I did 4 things -

1. I cloned out the white patches in the background
2. Blurred the brown background slightly with a gaussian blur in photoshop (not something I normally do)
3. set the black and white points for a little more contrast
4. Reduced the saturation in the yellows in the H/S/L layer



By no means a monumental change, and this was on the laptops I'm currently bored at work so might not be bang on!

Thanks Mike , I can certainly see the difference but couldn't have achieved it with my limited knowledge of PP techniques , I really must try and learn more about LR and PS
