Totally disagree - like it just as it is

I think I would leave the sky as it is, I like the textures of the clouds and cropping some of the sky would move the sun toward the top edge and the brightness would pull the eye toward the top corner.

Lovely image. Definitely worth a trek in the snow to capture this. Nice one.

I think that losing a bit of the sky makes the mountain seem even more foreboding.

Lovely shot I think it works really well as it is, and wonder what a 16:9 type crop of the middle section might took like too. As an aside, do you mind if I ask where this was taken from? I can see it is not Gribdale but wondered if it was anywhere near it?

If you know Gribdale gate carpark. Follow the path on the left and you will approach Roseberry Topping from the back and get this view

Great thanks, I always mean to head up that way (I think it is the incline on the left hand side across the road?) I always end up going up to the other side by Cooks monument.

Very nice. Beautiful golden light. I can see why some might suggest taking a slice off the top, but the textures in the clouds really add something for me. I like it as it is!
