The story behind these images is in this post in my Journey thread.

The images were captured in our garden in May and June 2015 with my FZ200 and probably a Raynox 150 close-up lens, probably with a hot-shoe mounted flash with not entirely brilliant diffusion. The raw files have been reprocessed using my current workflow of presets in DXO Optics Pro, Silkypix and Lightroom, with image-specific adjustments in Lightroom. There are 1300 pixel high versions in this album at Flickr.

OMFG Nick, that 1st shot of the Crab Spider is just A W E S O M E, I L O V E I T but the other shots are also really nice too, especially the bubble blower one :)

…got some crazy 3D effect there Nick… Bravo!

Stunning work as ever Nick with that first crab spider being stunning.
Yet another set to show that a DSLR and Macro lens are not the only way to take macro shots.

Wow great images. I have some work to do to get anywhere near this quality.
