Nice contrasty mono, but the composition and overall shot is lacking for me.
If it's going to be someone on a phone, which is a really common sight, it needs to have really strong aesthetic value. Some would argue that the layering with the OOF chairs gives that, but for me, she's way too small in the frame as she's the only thing of interest. Get in much closer or crop perhaps.
Watch the sign top right as it draws attention from her and there may possibly be blown highlights on her skin but I'm not sure on that.
Alternative to going in close is to have a subject more isolated amongst negative space or some sort of geometric layout that implies loneliness or isolation.
Nice start, as street ain't easy.
