Sorry another Bird ID Please

I really have no idea what this might be

Taken on Mull this morning, thought it might be a pipit or something but am at a loss !

Looks more like a Rock Pipit than a Tree Pipit , anyone ? Excellent shot.

Well a Dunnock is a Hedge Sparrow isn"t it babytiger ?

yeah hedge sparrow or hedge accenter, im used ot seeing them much much darker, maybe they breed them lighter up here ? have seen some very light buzzards too !

lol cheers Ven, the Dunnocks at my parents are very dark Grey and Brown and show no mottling on the breast, could this be a juvey ?

You mean like this dark one Ian, taken earlier this afternoon in my garden - which is considerably darker...

Not sure Ian ... :shrug: ... but I would say it looks freshly moulted to me and that could make a difference ... ... but regional differences could also contribute ...
