First time with the Sigma 120-300 handheld. Next time I will set the TV and better my panning. Any other comments on how to improve the shots?

All photos of the Typhoon were ruined by being a noob and not checking my sensitivity. ISO 1600 FTL. :(

Went to Southend Airport on the Monday. Shame the weather didn't hold, or the Typhoon went over to visit. Vulcan looks like it has been abandoned. Looking very sad and in needing of some new paint.

22 - wish I zoomed out a lot on this one, but liked the detail captured - especially at 100%

Thanks for looking. :)

I think you did pretty well there! I like that zoomed in 22 too. I tried to get one similar on the Sunday but it looked rubbish!!

Nothing much wrong with those pics, the typhoon is always going to be a difficuilt one as the plane is same colour as the sky, i like the heli`s but would love to of seen some motion in the rotor`s. Great pics, keep up the good work

Very dramatic shot in 9# with the highlighted smoke trails. The thin images of the hawks stand out in 13#, making this an effective shot. Nos 5 and 8 also appeal as well.

Good selection all round, from what was a difficult setting for aviation photos at Southend.
