sport karate......kids

hi guys, its been a while since ive been on here, ive just started taking photos again after a break and I seem to have been made the club tog at my daughters karate club, now I have parents waiting for me to post the pics I take instead of taking their own im feeling the pressure to improve the quality of my photos so and critique is greatfully received and no offence will be taken......I am aware I have a lot of improving to do lol.......I use a Nikon d90 with a sigma dc 17 70 1;2.8-4.5

these are from the last comp and the only ones I can get to atm, pretty well sums up the quality im achieving atm

I can only see thumbnail images, so it's not possible to comment about the quality!

However, if you're not happy with parents' pressure, stop posting pics until you are happy.

Photographing in sports halls is really quite a challenge. They provide a cluttered background with hideous lighting.
