Stags at Richmond Park

A couple of shots I took today. Would be great to hear your thoughts.

I think the first image is a very powerful image, I just can't decide whether having the people and cars in view makes the image or detracts from its potential - I guess the only way of telling would be crop them out (it may lower the impact of the image so it's up to you whether you want to try).

I like the first picture. The stag is aware of the traffic and the look on his face and the position of the hoof looks like he's tiptoeing past.

Second picture is an unusual view of a stag. Were you lying down in the grass and waiting for him to come past?

I personally think the first shot is stronger with the traffic in. Just makes it more interesting in my opinion.

For the second one I made full use of the D750's articulating screen!
