" i360 Star Trail " Making the most of the clear sky we had last night.

Last night I headed down to the beach in Brighton to have a go for the first time at star trails. I choose the i360 tower as the subject.
It was a looong night but I'm pleased with the result.

Cool shot. Could you not re-try this image on a clear night but get the top of the tower to allign with the north star around which the others rotate? The symetry would make it better for me!

Also you could clone out them lens flares quite easily.

im surprised you got such dark skies in a light polluted city! Nice one.

Yes, I agree. I will try again sometime, This was my first star trail and I could not get Polaris to line up with the tower, otherwisde it would have been perfect!

We had a very, very clear night and with the right settings light pollution was not a problem.
