Ramsbottom Station on the ELR, I couldn't decide which of the two portraits or landscapes I preferred, so I've posted all 4.

Fine shots. I prefer the second and the last.

As between the 2 landscape images, the presence of the worker on top of the engine gives an added interest.

Both portrait shots have a figure near the engine door/hatch but the second with the figure partially obscured by steam has the edge IMHO.

Phew it’s so good to hear of another tog who has old images in archives that haven’t been looked at or processed.
I have endless terra bytes of folders full of images going back over the last two decades I doubt I have enough years left to even look through them!
The same goes for my transparency and negatives that I was going to digitise

Thanks Phil and Michael. Funnily enough I saw loco 80080 on the ELR Today, I have to say the weather was pretty lousy - and today was supposed to be the best weatherwise.
