A pretty enough weed if it's on the side of the road or in a park. I can remember wandering our farm fields in spring and summer searching out these plants as they did real damage to our cows if the plants were left alone...

Only if it is a threat to grazing livestock, and even then, if it's on your own land, it's your responsibility to control it.
