I like the subject.
I would crop out all the stuff on the RHS and try to increase the exposure a little on her face.
Looks an interesting town.
 
I like the stuff on the right except for green t shirt man. My eyes are instantly drawn to him whereas I would like them to be drawn to the woman in the foreground.

its the person going out of shot which spoils the shot...the rhs stuff can be toned down a bit...but remain
i agree the face could be emphasised...if possible

I like the shot as you found it. It has masses of interesting detail.
However, I would have watched to see where the spinner went, to see if I could have captured a better shot of her.
Then as a spinner myself I find her technique interesting.
 
Terry yes I could have done that. As I sat in the village park I watched many guambiana women walk by. They were all twirling yarn or string as they walked. It is evidently a custom of guambiana adult women. To what purpose I don't know except that I saw one selling twine in the market that day.
