A most memorable trip in the Dolomites, and perhaps one of my favourite images from the trip with the least amount of effort getting there! A gentle 5 minute walk from the Spa Hotel was all that was required, with a bottle of red wine waiting for us after the shoot!
Anyways this photography shows Sassolungo or Langkofel and the height of the peak is at 3181m, which I believe is the highest mountain in the Langkofel rainge in the Dolomites in South Tyrol, Italy.
The landscape was bathed with lovely sidelight hitting the rolling fields and log cabins.
I think we were finely rewarded for our hiking efforts previously! thanks for looking, andy
