The first is a strong image, with the foreground rocks balancing the cloud in the sky. For me, the second doesn't work as well; the straight line of shore under Conwy Mountain and the large amount of choppy sea make a weaker composition.

With the second image, if I had a longer lens I think I would have got much closer into the central mountain in the background would have made for a stronger image.

really like the first, I think there is just too much of the water in the second though.
