B&W Sycamore Gap

[Southdowns]

Photographed millions of times I know, but in my defence I didn't know that when I first spotted it from the road a couple of weeks ago!

Was hoping for a sunset, but instead it just got dark!

All look well-executed at least at the size they appear on my screen, and are very strong and immediate images. I might hang 2 & 3 on my wall, but not 1 - I struggle to relate to its vertical format. Somehow the eye or mind can't settle.

A lovely set. All well processed & plenty of interest composition wise. The B&W conversion is also a winner.

Thanks Rog . Interestingly, that's exactly why I do like number 1; there's a kind of tension there that I think adds to the drama.
