At last had my 1956-59 era Rolleiflex 2.8 E2 Xenotar repaired - had new 'Pin' on base-plate lock, winder and focus knob tightened and greased, shutter done so even the delayed action works now ! I used a roll of 06/1997 dated Kodak T-max 100 rated 80 ASA and processed in my Home-Made FX-4 Formula 1+1 which is supposed to be good for 'KODAK' according to Geoffrey Crawley. I tried 8 mins @ 20oC but 7 mins would have been better as sunny scenes were a bit too contrasty.

Glad to see its working nicely... Clearly that film/dev combo works nicely, I'd not have pegged that film for being out of date at all.

I had an E2 at one time. They're nicer than the F series in my humble opinion. I only used it for one summer and then digital took me over. The good news is I made a nice profit when I sold it and I do have a few pictures to remember it by...
