May I suggest taming the mid-tones?
That would reveal and sharpen details, increase both
micro contrast and micro saturation without adding
anything like vibrance, sharpening, saturation etc!
You can do better with the RAW file!

The saturation of the original was fine - my friend Daniel above does not like using sharpening and vibrance controls. What I think he did was to reduce the mid-tones of the image to increase the apparent saturation and sharpness.
It looks to me like you also removed some electric cables from behind the dragon, and the increase in contrast has made that more obvious.
