It's potentially a strong image, but the processing looks a mess TBH with halos, variable noise in different places and what looks like overspill from brushwork. Outside of that, I think the doors far right in the image need to be parallel with the edge of the frame: if the angle were greater then it would look intentional, but like this it just looks a bit wonky and my eyes can't stop seeing it like that.

I hope that's useful - please don't think this is an attack.

I like it Steve. The initial effect is that of a charcoal sketch and I think the heavy grain/noise works well. I agree with Toni though that the halos on the top/front of the loco shouldn't be there. I've got no problem with the angle of the shot.
