The blue door

When I first saw the scan of this shot, I wasn't sure about it - I thought the borders were maybe too dark - but now I really like the silhouetted leafy frame. Not quite sure about the way the shadow cuts across the door, but I didn't have a lot of say in that when the photo presented itself. That said, I'd taken a picture of the same door earlier (#2) in the day when the light was different, but hadn't noticed the composition through the leafy passageway at that point.

Agreed - although I'd personally burn in some of the distracting light areas near the frame edges bottom and top left.
