I'm more into landscape photography but I've recently got myself a new camera and a couple of lenses and my first chance to use them was on a day out with the family. I'm just looking for a little feedback with where i can improve a little, I am not going for pro quality but would still like to get good images when i go out.

I'm also going to add a few that i took of my boys on my old camera using a single flash at home that o had printed and framed for some family members as I will be looking to get some new ones done soon.

Hey Andrew, is that your secondary residence in the first take?

#2 feels happy and relax but #3's light and conversion are a hit!

#4 ~ #7 are all adorable and funny shots that need a WB tweak!

Thanks for the pleasure of the takes and to meet your gang!

I like these, you've caught some great expressions, but they all look a little dark to me.

Slight adjustment to levels...

The blacks are going off the left hand edge of the histogram in the two I have looked at. I'm working on an uncalibrated screen atm so the edit is just to show the difference, not meant to be perfect by any means.

Worth a tweak in PP maybe? How close are any prints you get done to compared to the screen you use?
