It's all about the big open view tbh and the drama of the peaks. The colours ok but I prefer the BNW myself. See on the full screen it looks a lot better. Its a very wide aspect ratio at 3:1

I think i'd like to see a bit more sky as it feels a little bit squashed, but a lovely shot none the less.

Just one. For the size I will print it 30:10 or 24x8 one shot is fine. The D800 with good glass properly focussed is nice at sharp even at 100% view and a print this size is no problem for it.

I think, for me, just a tad more punch needed in the shadows on the sides of the mountains ... I like B+W toning though .. think that works very well ...
