Currently doing a massive back up of my drives and came across this. I had originally planned to make this into a B&W and I did - not very well but it was my intention so I focused all my attention to it. I hastily processed this and actually - I think this is the one.

I am kicking myself for not heading over there on Thursday or Friday. There was some epic sunrises and the metal would have picked it up well. Here is one from last year but the two I missed looked better.

you should go at night long exposure and get the kelpie's reflection in the water thats there

Been there done that ;)

I deliberately avoid that shot for 2 reasons

1. The pylons
2. The clutter around them.The Kelpies are great, the railings, clobber etc less so.

I reckon a long exposure (now that I have a ten stop) is my next to do.
