Certainly a bizarre partnership for Saturdays "Cumbrian Mountain Express", B1 No. 61306 "Mayflower" and Merchant Navy No. 35018 "British India Line".

However the weather was fantastic and the two locos looked superb.

The wind unfortunately marred the first shot taken on Shap.

Lovely shots Tony; I think I might be tempted to clone out that right hand telegraph pole and see how the edited image looks, as it keeps distracting my gaze away from the train and landscape.
