With the issues I’m currently having with the local self important brigade parish council that is surprisingly tempting

Hmmmm plenty of 'Authorised public art' here but haven't seen much graffiti other than the occasional 'tag'.

There are lots of different types of graffiti. Including names carved into trees/benches etc or people pasting stickers on things.
