It's a mausoleum.
I like the composition, but on here it looks a little overly sharpened.

Thanks Kodiak and Viv. To be honest I'm not sure what this building is, I've Googled and not come up with much, it could be a mausoleum, it could quite equally be a Romanesque temple style church or folly. I haven't done any sharpening - other than when I resized to fit the forum.
