The Wey to Coxes Lock Mill

This is one of my favourite places in Surrey, the Wey Navigation between New Haw and Weybridge. I have walked this section of the Navigation countless times over the past 10 years and taken many shots of the canal, the mill and the lock. But this image remains one of my favourites.

Rightfully so!

Quite a romantic setting, good enough for the splash screen of the generic
a the beginning of a movie.

The frost along the path gives away the later autumn season and the rising
sun is doing the rest as to creating light accents in the scene.

Works for me Stephen, great light, good exposure and composition, and nice foliage framing.

Thanks all. Hopefully the weather will turn less meh, and we will start to get some good frosts and hopefully some snow this winter. Be nice to have something other than grey and overcast.
