Being some what an old fossil myself. I thought I would put up a couple of the oldest things that I own.
The Neolithic scraper was found by my son, at the top of Salcombe Regis overlooking Sidmouth, back in the late 60's. and probably discarded because it was well used. the remains of the Jurassic urchin was found within a few yards so was probably also used as a tool, as it too is very smooth. and it was on the surface, so nowhere near a strata of similar age objects.
Taken with an equally (for a lens) ancient Pentax 50mm macro lens, and my X T30.
