, although the blown lights are a little distracting under the top gantry, personally, the one lit in red on your Flickr is a lot more easy on the eye

Cool shot. My one observation is there is a bit of a reflection going on. My own preference would have been to shoot in portait aspect ratio at the edge of the pier you are one frame the reflection and accentuating the height of the subject.
Its a tad over exposed and the cloudy sky doesn't do you much favours as it flattens the image down a bit, on a clearer night a rich blue backdrop to that reflecting crane would look great. However, I prefer the over exposure and blown highlights rather than under exposure and not seeing the edge of the crane from the night sky.
